📱 Can I use the same account on different phones or tablets?
You can’t use the same avatar or nickname on multiple devices at the same time.

💻Can I use Kidstopia on a PC?
Kidstopia is currently available only as an app on smartphones and tablets 📱
Unfortunately, it’s not supported on PCs at the moment.
We designed Kidstopia for mobile so kids can enjoy it more easily and safely 💛

🏷️ How do I change my title or nickname?
✅ To change your title
- 1️⃣ Tap [Menu] > [My Info] at the top right of the main screen.
- 2️⃣ Tap the [Change Title] button on the top left.
- 3️⃣ Choose your favorite title!
✅ To change your nickname
- 1️⃣ Tap [Menu] > [My Info] at the top right.
- 2️⃣ Tap the [Change Nickname] button on the top left.
⚠️ You can change your nickname for free one time only!
After that, you’ll need to buy a Name Change Ticket from the General Store.

🔄 I got a new phone or tablet. Can I get my old avatar and items back?
Yes, you can!
If you want to move your avatar and items to your new device, just follow these easy steps:
But don’t worry! Just contact us in the KidsTopia app and send us your old nickname and new nickname.
✅ How to bring your account to a new device
- 1️⃣ On your old device:
- Open the app → Go to [Menu] > [Settings] > [Account Settings] → Find your account code
- 2️⃣ On your new device:
- Install the app → Go to [Menu] > [Settings] > [Account Settings] → Tap [Import Account]
- 3️⃣ In the pop-up window:
- Type in your nickname and Account Verification Code from before

💎Where can I find the gems and items from events?
🎒 Just tap the [Bag] icon at the top right of the screen!
- 1️⃣ Tap the [Bag] icon.
- 2️⃣ Then tap the [Clothes], [Items], or [Ride] menu on the top left to see your gifts and gems!
💵 Can I purchase gems with real money in Kidstopia?
Yes! You can purchase gems and items in Kidstopia through the [Gem Shop] 🛍️
Here’s how to do it 👇
1️⃣ Tap the [＋] button next to the gem icon at the top of the screen, or tap the [Shop] icon in the top-right corner
2️⃣ Choose the gem package you’d like to buy ✨
3️⃣ Check the price and complete the in-app purchase 💳

- Paid gem purchases in Kidstopia are supported only through in-app purchases.
- Children under the age of 14 must have parental consent or approval to purchase gems.

- Android: You can approve purchases using the Family Link app.
- iOS: You can approve your child’s purchases through Family Sharing.
